Conflux Circles were created with 3 initial groups in mind: Sales, HR, and Presidents. These groups meet every other month to strategize, share best practices, and learn and grow together.

Q: How often and where will Conflux Circles meet?

A: Conflux Circles will meet bi-monthly (every other month) at the Conflux (8221 Minnesota Ave), and virtually if necessary. Conflux Circles will be meeting in February, April, June, August, October, and December. A calendar invite will be shared with participants once they are confirmed with specific times and dates. Forum meetings will be scheduled for 90 minutes.

Q: Who can participate in Conflux Circles?

A: For now, we are looking to start Conflux Circles within these three company functions: strategy, HR, and marketing/sales. Participation in these forums is limited to members of your leadership team or in key executive positions. Our first Conflux Circle will take place the week of February 21st, 2022. While invitations to our Conflux Circles may be limited to only Conflux members in the future, we’ll be allowing non-members interested in joining to participate in our June session free of charge.

Q: What is the expectation of Conflux Circle members?

A: To make Conflux Circles work, we’re looking for firm commitments from participants. First, participants prioritize meetings. We know that emergencies do come up from time to time but Conflux Circles won’t work if we don’t have everyone showing up each session, especially since we’re getting together less frequently to start. Second, we expect participants to be open to sharing their experiences willingly – we know sometimes it’s hard to be vulnerable and share personal stories or times when we struggle. These are some of the most beneficial experiences to share with others – and where rich learning and growth can take place. We expect forum members to give back and share as much as they sit back and absorb. Your forum facilitator will assist with this, ensuring everyone in your group has an opportunity to chime in and contribute to the conversation.
